There are many theories as to the origins of
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Chronic Fatigue
Syndrome, and Fibromyalgia and I am not
prepared to enter the debate. My interest is in
using my Hypnotherapy training and skill to
enable my clients to overcome these conditions
and return to the lifestyle they were able to
enjoy before the onset of these conditions.

I specialise in helping clients with these
difficulties, with the consent of their GP. My
training with Jenny Lynn of Open Mind Therapy
has been invaluable in bringing together the
'whole mind/body therapy' approch to good
health.
